Q: What is Sunstar’s shipping, receiving & freight insurance policy?
A: All packages are shipped from and received into our Oldsmar, Florida location. Our preferred method of shipping is Federal Express and UPS but Sunstar will ship collect by any carrier that picks up at our location. Freight insurance is required on every package that leaves our facility, unless a signed insurance waiver is issued to Sunstar. This must be renewed each calendar year. |
